Without a doubt, this was the best customer service I have ever experienced! I had my last pair of Costa's for more than 10 years. When they finally failed, I sent them back for repair. Costa upgraded me to a new pair because my old ones had been discontinued. In a culture where customer service is becoming nonexistent this experience from Costa was quite refreshing. I love the new glasses! I'm a customer for life!

These are labeled as small frames, but they are still very large. I'm an adult woman and they are huge on me. I held them up to my 6 foot 200 lb husband's sunglasses, and they actually were the same size! I wish they'd make something smaller. They were also crooked, meaning one side of the frame pressed against my face and immediately fogged up, while the other lens was far away from my eye. So I had to go to an optometrist to get them straightened out. Also, I ordered the gray lenses. They do not darken enough on a bright day in Colorado. They may work well in overcast weather, but on a sunny day I'm still squinting. Additionally, they add a red/orange tint to everything. I thought all my friends were really sunburned, and then I took off my sunglasses and their skin was normal. So I wouldn't recommend these glasses, especially not at this price point.
