The sunglasses I purchased came without 580G sticker on it, that confuse me a little bit, because it should be on- to tell customers about his product. It should be clear advertised- that 580 is a glass material and that what you will see on you glass lens. But most of the time advertisements says as 580G. Me as a first time customer expecting to see on my “glass” sunglasses engraved 580G. This is the only one confusion that I faced- to see only 580 - without “G”. The product quality and online experience went very well. Thank you.

I ordered a pair of Costa sunglasses. I paid for expedited shipping bc I wanted them by the advertised delivery date. A day before that date, I had not received a tracking number for my order. I chatted with Costa and was told that the delivery date was actually the date that Costa would ship the sunglasses. As compensation I was offered a discount on a future order, instead of a credit on my current order. Two days after receiving the sunglasses, the sunglasses fell off my head (6 ft) and one of the lens shattered. Costa would not warranty the replacement, but offered to replace the lens at approximately 50% of the total cost. I'll be going back to Shady Rays, who stands behind their product. Update: the customer service agent promised me a 30% voucher. I was sent a 15% voucher. Update to the update: Costa has now sent me a 40% voucher. The company also further expedited the shipping to get the sunglasses to me. They arrived to UPS at 7 pm the day before they were supposed to be delivered and were delivered on time.

I had a small issue with the wrong pair of glasses being shipped out, but Costa customer service stepped up big time and made everything right very quickly.

I purchased a $300 pair of Costa Reefton sunglasses about 6 months ago. This weekend, when I bent over, they fell off my head and landed on a wooded dock (3 foot drop). The right lens cracked! Maybe if this was a cheap pair of sunglasses, a crack from a short fall on wood would be acceptable, but not from a $300 pair of Costas that are supposed to be fishing glasses. I reached out to the warranty department and explained what happened along with photos of everything. They responded "Out of Warranty" and offered to repair them for $129.22. Are you kidding me? They want almost half of what I originally paid to replace 1 lens that should have been made of better quality materials to support the fishing lifestyle. I should have bought Maui Jims. Maui Jim would repair the lens for free. That is what you expect when you pay this much for sunglasses with plastic frames. I will never ever buy Costa sunglasses again. Update: Per the request below, I emailed all details, receipt, and photos 2 weeks ago and no one ever responded. This is their social team and they are just trying to make it look like they will help. If they don't send some sort of canned response, they get in trouble. Save yourself the frustration and buy a better pair of sunglasses from a different brand. If you just want the Costa style with the Costa logo, just buy the identical knockoffs on Temu for $7.
