Cosmic Guard, Inc.Reviews of cosmicguard.com

They're really bad servers. If you want a "potato server" you should use this ! I use them host my rust server and he constantly getting down and with performance issues that they cannot solve.

Truly bad customer support. Ticket is unanswered fro over 1 month. Don't support TCP.

Didn't even work! Tried everything, even reaching out to their ghost support. No reponse, no fix.

I opened a high priority ticket in regards to DDOS attacks happening at that current moment. This was at 9am, I still have yet to receive a reply and it is now 16:50. The attack is over, it was over at 11am, it was more cost-effective for me to just raw dog the attack than wait on their "high priority" response. Really makes you wonder what a "low priority" response time is like, I dread to know.

+ Better latency compared to some alternatives + Filters most attacks * Attacks often cause bedrock players to disconnect * Support helpfulness and response times vary - More expensive compared to alternatives - Major outages recently

CosmicGuard is awesome. It filters attacks very well, and we have had only one issue with a filter. Rene was very helpful and fixed it. I've never seen a more caring DDoS protection provider. As well, the reliability is awesome; we love Cosmic.

The staff have always been good to us and always work towards a resolution if issues arise.

If I need to look for a hosting provider, or recommend one to friends, business associates, or whatever else I always point them in the direction of anything with "CosmicGuard" on it. Having worked closely with people who use them at an enterprise level, and been a client myself, their team are stellar. Fast, responsive, proactive in finding and fixing the few and far between issues that occur. Their uptime is transparent and honest, with no reason not to be, very rarely are there issues, and when they happen, they don't last long. CosmicGuard to me anyway is a bit like a quality guarantee sticker you might see in the store, 10/10 would recommend you give em a shot.
