I bought the GlowTouch face and neck massager. It unfortunately came faulty with a charging point that didn't fit the charging cable given. Even with another cable, it still didn't charge. Customer service replied and after some time offered a refund or exchange, which I was given. I really wanted to love this product but couldn't trust I wouldn't have the same issues again.

Great email service for questions. I had a great experience with support from the team, when I had a problem with a product. They immediately took it seriously, solved the issue and always responded clear and fast on emails. I m happy. And the product, is a great gift to yourself. It works well.

Horrible customer service (more than 10 emails to explain the adress, why the package has never been delivered and they are not taking any responsibility for their supply chain process which they are accountable) and the product has never arrived, and they are not providing the refund. Now I would like to report this fraud to the authorities, which entity to be contacted? Their legal entity name is COSMETIFIC LTD.

I never received the product! They send it to the wrong city in my country and tried to blame me. When I contacted support they just said it would probably be discarded and “best of luck”. I looked for a refund but of course I was ignored. update! I never received the product and they have contacted me almost TWO YEARS later to resolve it.

This delivery took a really long time to arrive, as it came from China. When it got here, I wrote requesting how to return it, as it had arrived too late (it was to be a gift). The tone of the reply was unhelpful and rude. The company require it to be sent via tracked post to the US (I'm in Europe) at the customer's expense. The whole thing feels not quite legitimate, and I don't feel confident of getting the refund.

Was a bit dubious as I had not heard of them before but my daughter bought an item from their website and had no problems so I went ahead and used the website too. Excellent service. Easy to order. No hidden import taxes to England. Updates of parcel tracking all the way from dispatch to delivery. Item received was exactly as described.
