It’s important to feel welcome and for each patient to feel that you where taking the time for the procedure they went in for and had been waiting for and unfortunately none of the above was giving to me

I’m new to this culture of beauty. I wasn’t told how to prepare for their virtual consult. But I’m Glad the person I spoke with was honest of outcome I requested couldn’t be fulfilled as shown in IG. After consult I was very discouraged. Hopefully I can use my consult money for something else.
