Hi there, Thank you so much! 😊 We love hearing that CoSchedule has become such a big part of how you manage your content. If you ever need a hand with anything, we’re always happy to help at [email protected].
CoSchedule has become an essential part of how our Marketing team operates. Having our content calendar, social calendar, and task calendar in one place gives us a clear view of everything on our plate. The ability to customize, code, and color our calendars to fit our specific needs makes it easy to stay organized and keep work moving. One of our favorite features is the custom forms. We’ve added links to our intranet so employees can submit requests that feed directly into our calendar. Having those requests alongside our tasks and projects makes coordinating work and managing priorities so much easier. The analytics are another huge win. Access to both social and project analytics helps us evaluate our efforts and share meaningful data and insights with our marketing team and company leadership. CoSchedule brings visibility, organization, and accountability to our work in a way that fits how our team actually operates. We highly recommend it to marketing teams juggling multiple channels, projects, and internal requests!

Hi Andi, Thank you for such a thoughtful review! It’s great to hear how your team pulls requests from your intranet straight into your calendar with custom forms, and that the analytics help you share results with leadership. Thanks for recommending us to other marketing teams. If anything comes up, we’re always happy to help at [email protected].
We’ve been using CoSchedule to help manage our marketing for 6 years, and it has been a huge time-saver! It makes it easy to share our blog posts, keep our social media accounts active and consistent, and plan our content ahead of time. We’ve set up templates and schedules that give us a reliable framework for our marketing, making it much easier to stay organized and maintain consistency without having to reinvent the wheel every week. One of the things I appreciate most is that CoSchedule continues to improve its platform. As social media has evolved over the years, they’ve added new integrations and features that help us keep up with changes while keeping our workflow simple and manageable. It’s been a valuable tool for keeping our marketing running smoothly!

Coschedule support is awful. Anytime META updates the software breaks connection and the company does NOTHING to remedy for their clients using it. I had a support agent "Shelly Danz" give me a ridiculous answer that summarized was, "Sorry its not us we are closing the ticket" - what?!? I have thrown so much away with this company for terrible customer support. Looking for another solution after this. My fault for saying this is the last time about 5 times LOL.

Hi James, You're right to be frustrated. Your connection kept failing, we told you the problem was on Meta's side, and we closed the ticket. Even when the error comes from Meta, getting you publishing again is still our job, and we didn't do it. I'm sorry. Since then we've started logging every disconnect along with the error the network sends back, so we can find the cause instead of guessing. If you're still using CoSchedule or want to give it another try, email [email protected] and mention this review. We'll keep the ticket open until your profile is publishing and staying connected.
Software is cluncky and useless. Dont sign up. Once you do they keep charging you and dont allow you to remove your card.

Hi Hershel, Sorry for the frustration. We canceled your subscription and refunded that charge in full the same day you posted this, and there have been no charges since. If you ever see anything else from us on your statement, email [email protected] and we'll sort it out directly.
Best marketing tool we've found. Does great with many use cases and product categories like social media management, content management, marketing calendar, project management and reporting. I can see it working great for 1-2 people, teams and large departments or organizations of 20-100 people.

Thanks, Chris! Glad CoSchedule is covering social, projects and reporting for your team.
They gradually reduce the features constantly trying to push you into more and more expensive subscriptions where the prices go up and features go down!

Hi Rob, Thanks for saying it plainly. If a feature you relied on ended up on a plan you didn't want to pay for, that's a fair reason to be frustrated. If you'd like to take another look, email [email protected] and we'll show you exactly what each plan includes for the way you work.
Irresponsible at best and malicious personal data management at worst. Insatiable emails that I tried unsubscribing from. I tried deleting my account I never received confirmation for that either. An adjacent email account starts sending me personal emails, badly formatted and apparently automated, in semi coherent sentences. i guess never trust a platform that is paying for reviews even if indirectly. They are probably selling our data which finally explains their junk of a product.

Hi Maria, We don't sell personal data, yours or anyone's. You should have been able to stop our emails the first time, and you should have gotten a confirmation when you asked to delete your account. The emails from another address were most likely our sales team, which sends separately from our newsletter. That's on us, not you. If you'd still like everything removed, email [email protected] from that address. We'll delete your data from the app and from our sales and marketing systems, and confirm in writing when it's done.
