I have loved correct toes for years now. During my most recent order I ran into some problems and customer service was super responsive and took care of my issues in no time. They were pleasant and made sure everything was taken care of. Couldn’t recommend them higher!

There was a problem with the website and allowing me to order properly, so I send a message to customer service and promptly received a call back from Meghan. She was very kind, friendly and genuine. She helped me fix the problem right away and followed up to make sure that everything went through as it should.Great customer service – highly appreciated! Sincerely, Britt Reed

Personal contact from Megan! She emailed when it was clear I had not adequately completed my order and assured me how to proceed. It all worked well. Initially how to combine a gift card with a credit card was not clear because the gift card is not subtracted right away.

I received excellent customer service from Megan Childs. I ordered a M set of Correct Toes which was the suggested size for my shoe size. I have unusually skinny feet and they were too big. I emailed custotmer service and they worked with me until we figured out the correct fit. They had me send pictures so they could really take a look and see what the issue I was describing was. They sent me a S size to try and compare with the M and it was a much better fit. They even went over a modification I could make to make them an even better fit! All I have to do now is send back the M pair and everything is all set. Looking forward to improving my foot health with this product. It already feels great!
