Actually got my order but 1 of my two bottles broke, and no response after several emails.

OMG. Took 3 months to get my Springbank 10. Would not answer my emails. I thought I got ripped off. But, I now have it.

It took months for me to receive my order, and I was unable to get any response to my questions about when it would arrive. During that time I moved and was unable to change my address, When it did arrive at my old address, I was lucky that someone there noticed and contacted me. I do not have a car, so I took public transport to pick it up. This was the worst experience I have ever had with ordering something.

I gave a 2 star review because the product was correct and packaged well. That is generous since it took 77 days to receive the package and I had zero response to numerous emails requesting an update or to have my order cancelled since I was not receiving responses and the phone number was invalid to talk to someone.

I ordered a nice bottle of tequila for one of my employees. It never arrived. I tried reaching out to Cork & Mash and was never able to connect. the phone number was disconnected. After I think it was a month, I had to finally reach out to my credit card company and have them refund my purchase, as the product was never received by my employee.

I'd give you a minus zero but it won't let me. It took 3.5 monthes to get almost all of my order and still couldn't get my last bottle. I've been dealing with indifference, no return calls or emails, and when I got thru, I was lied to among other things. Would never ever consider going thru these people again.

I ordered a bottle of Fortaleza Blanco Still Strength on June 18, 2026. More than 30 days later, the order had not been fulfilled or delivered. I sent multiple emails and received no response. When I called the customer-service number published on the company’s website, the number was disconnected. Based on my experience, the business appeared non-operational and I would not order from Cork & Mash. I am posting this so other customers can make an informed decision.

After ordering, I waited 2+ weeks without any updates. I emailed them for status and there was no reply. I called the phone number and it said the number did not exist. I filed a claim w the credit card company and got refunded but still have no idea what the deal is w this company
