I help run a NYC based medical spa and Ian @ Corepay was a pleasure to work with regarding our expansion into telemedicine. They were very transparent on pricing, set realistic expectations on the process/timeline to set up a compliant payment processing solution, and have so far provided great customer service since i signed up 6 months ago.

They could not get my already running company up in 4 weeks. They cannot process EU companies. My recommendation is CCBill. Either try another processor or if you are a US-based company you might be lucky.

Your application process took longer than anticipated due to the complexities of your specialized vertical and the strict compliance requirements, particularly with the updated card brand standards. It is essential that we adhere to these guidelines. CCBill is a viable option for startups; however, as a Payment Facilitator (PayFac), they do not provide a dedicated merchant account. As a result, the fees associated with their service are typically 3 to 4 times higher compared to using a direct merchant account through Corepay.
