This represents a subsequent iteration of the same critique. Such an approach appears to be driven by ill intentions and is markedly unprofessional on your part. Posting our review response again: It is extremely sad to hear this from you after all the support we have brought you in these past 3 years, we have been nothing but keen to help and try our best to solve your issues in the outmost respectful and quick manner. 1. Yes, our rate is 6 USD per hour. You signed up for this when you started classes and you taught for 3 years? 2. We don't demand perfection, you only had around 60-80 classes per month, which are around 30 to 40 hours per month and you never reported any humiliation or mistreatment? Why now? This might be misdirected. 3. The penalties established are based on reporting your absences and we provide multiple channels for you to do so. If you are absent without notice and have no justifiable reason then you get charged 100% if you have a justifiable reason it can have a 50% off or even in some cases 100% off. So reflecting like we are a cruel and non-human company, tells us that we didn't know who we had working for us. We tried our best to help. 4. Mentioning a company that we had no relationship with regards to your payment is like expecting Tiktok to pay us for a service we provided to Instagram? If we cut ties with the collaboration we had with the company a year before and who paid you month to month was them. Why should we be responsible for this? 5. Your teacher managers spoke very highly of you and you never reported any of this. Why now? They tried their best to help you in the best way possible. (We have proof) 6. We don't provide scripts to teachers to post, they post the comments based on their experience. 7. We haven't changed the contract itself in over 3 years, some policies might change but we always informed you in your slack group. 8. This is incorrect it is half of your class rate and you never reported the discomfort in 3 years. So our fellow readers know, this was all due to an absent without notice that she had and reported and we weren't able to get 100% off of it. We were able to help her with 50% off, even tho the quality team wasn't willing to do so at the beginning. Additionally, we spent time debating this to try our best to help, even though we knew she had already submitted her resignation for other reasons not listed above. Pros: Hope this helps everyone else reading. You can write us to [email protected] for further details.

What are you so appalled about? When we refer to a ¨quality job¨ we are not only referring to a monetary exchange, we are quality due to our teacher service, training, follow ups and response rate. Not to mention the quality of our students, they are great! Furthermore, we offer the rates that we offer since this is an entry-level position. If you got offered double at a different company, why are you reviewing us? You should take the other position, we are not forcing you to take our rates. We are actually appalled by your comment which doesn't align to a valid opinion about our company, service or anything in general. Hope you find what you are looking for!

Hello Nicole, May you let us know why you are sharing this 5 months later? Is this personal? After you clearly quit without notice? You quit right after you got paid...We don't mind speaking in the same tone of your comment because we have nothing to hide and exposing comments like this is interesting, it allows people to actually see what a person with whatever intentions they may have can "try" to do. Since you clearly don't know the truth, let's enlighten our fellow readers. :) We at COREnglish have never taken any money from the teachers salary. We build quality partnerships with Online Teaching schools which is not based on cutting salaries from our employees. They are based on two simple things: 1. Teachers will not find the quality jobs we offer because these schools/companies don't post online or have the intentions to and we intentionally look for reliable and top tier schools, that have these intentions at hand. We do not work with popular online teaching schools. 2. They pay us for referrals, supervision and management AND for them to use our payment software. 3. As we all know, teachers shouldn't be missing classes since that implies refunds on students and you were not such a great example. You were penalized for teaching your classes in your car? With a lot of background noise, cars passing by and your laptop was not steady...This would of been grounds of terminating your contract but we gave you a second chance but I guess you don't recall, what Edwin did, right? 4. Edwin is one of the most reliable hiring directors we have and we will stand by his decisions and actions because we trust him. We have come to realize that angry people will say anything to cause harm. If you are not truthful with yourself, you won't find a way to heal yourself. We really appreciate your comment because it helps us get more exposure to what we are really about and besides the fact of your intentions, we truly wish you the best in all that you do. If you are so concerned of actual companies pocketing your money. You should talk to your local supermarkets that sell you, your fresh produce 20%-50% more expensive than they get it from your local farms. Best,

Hello Pieter, Unfortunately, we will have to report this review lacking honesty and integrity from your part. First of all, we have treated you with outmost respect. Second of all, Edwin has written you on Skype to ask you the following questions: 1. When did we "force you" to commit plagiarism? 2. At what point are we refusing to pay you? 3. When did you deal with any other of our employees besides Edwin? 4. How is it that we are a joke? From what we clearly understand, you decided to quit due not being able to understand mockups, references and the difference between a moodboard & inspiration resources. Furthermore, Edwin asked you, for your invoice with the hours you worked and we never got it. We are still processing everyone's monthly payments and you were put in the back of the line for payments since we are processing the employees that have sent us all the info we need to pay them on time. To add more to it, he asked you if you didn't feel comfortable working with moodboards, inspiration resources and mockups that you can decide to quit without any issues. We will always defend our people because we care. Honesty goes a long ways Pieter!
