I strongly advise against purchasing from this business. I spent nearly $300 on livestock, but my order failed to arrive on the scheduled delivery date. When I contacted customer service regarding the shipping delay, they blamed UPS tracking and provided unhelpful, evasive responses. I ultimately never received my order and was only able to secure a refund after threatening a chargeback.

ordered some fish and inverbrates all came nicely packed and no leaks highly recommended

I've recently received two different orders of multiple corals, macro algae and invertebrates from Coralsanonymous.com, and both orders included healthy, quality specimens which were carefully packed, and arrived quickly, safe and sound, and on time via overnight shipping. So far, so good -- or actually, great!

I had a great experience with Coral Anonymous! I ordered an Indo Gold Torch coral, and it arrived in excellent condition—healthy, well-packaged, and clearly handled with care. The coral was fully wrapped and protected during shipping, and as soon as I acclimated it and placed it in my tank, it opened up right away, which is always a great sign of a healthy specimen. I really appreciate the quality and attention to detail. I’ll definitely be ordering again. Thank you, Coral Anonymous!

Stay away from this company they will steal your money and send you a dead item in the mail and offer you no refund.

I’ve had nothing but good experiences with them. I found the small family business long ago and they’ve really grown, expanded their live stock, they’ve emailed me back whenever I have any DOA issues and have been really gracious about the timeframe as long as I give them consistent updates asap. Great selection and fair prices, can’t be beat!

This place is a joke. Dont waste your money. You wont get what you order and what you do get is the worst quality ive received in 6 years of reefing avoid this store and any of the false reviews and just go to your local fish store

Made a purchase on Black Friday. Paid for DOA insurance. Received the package on Friday 12/5 within 20 minutes of delivery. Very poorly packaged with everything ice cold and in cloudy, leaking bags. All of the corals had fallen out of the broken pieces of styrofoam that were supposed to be holding them safely. I’ve never seen coral shipped in this manner. Contacted customer support immediately to report DOA and asking for direction to make a claim. Received an email indicating that they were closed for “Thanksgiving” and to call contact during regular business hours? Again, this was Friday, 12/5 during their reported business hours. Today, I got an email indicating that I didn’t submit the claim within the allowed timeframe or per the terms and that I’m out of luck. That was my last order and I’m unable to recommend any company with this type of customer service.
