I get a call from my nurse every Thursday morning to go over my blood pressure and my diabetes numbers. She always offers good advice. Having these numbers helps me understand how I'm doing!

I have always been helped by Kayla who checks on me and spends time going over my glucose levels and always gives me suggestions on how to maintain my numbers. To me Kayla is the best!

While I did like the service initially, I never knew who was calling, seemed like it was a different number each call and often a different person. When you switched over to the Biotel system, I asked a simple question which was not answered. I insisted on an answer and was terminated?
