The tote bag that I thought I was buying had a zipper at the top! The one you sent me has one little snap in the middle that a cat could pull open.

The product was MUCH smaller than shown in the ad. For what was sent, I believe that the shipping was overpriced. I’m not sure what I am even going to do with it. If it is returnable, it isn’t worth the hassle of doing so. I am quite disappointed.

I placed an order for four snowmen over a month ago. I have a tracking number but it took a month to find out who the shipper was....I received a message from their customer Service stating my $200 package was delivered to the wrong address and they contacted the shipper to expedite my delivery;but I contacted USPS and received a message that there is no such tracking number. Someone is lying to me and I know it is not the USPS...trying now to get my money back.

Fast service. However the item should have been verified of its ACTUAL SIZE.

For being shipped in a plastic bag I was surprised that the packaging wasn’t more torn than it was. I have not tried the product yet but hoping to try soon. It looks like it will be very flavorful. I’m intrigued about the mesh tea bags. I would think this will allot to infuse more quickly.
