Their customer service is very prompt and easy to talk to! We were able to come to a quick solution and for that I will keep my business with them. I love there case and key board design.

I've had my copper case for 1.5 years and it worked flawlessly until one day it mysteriously re-assigned the keys to different actions rendering it unusable. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my case and receive compliments on it from everyone. It has become part of iPad Air 2.0 to the point that I could never consider using my iPad without!! I purchased it via Amazon.com but reached Cooper case customer service via their website. After a few back and forth emails (and a video showing the issue) trying to trouble shoot the problem, they emailed me to say they had dispatched a replacement case, no questions asked. When I offered to return my old one so they could investigate, they said not to worry, they didn't want me inconvenienced any more than I already had been. I don't know if my case was still under warranty or not but they "made it right" and that has earned them a customer for life. I wish all consumer products had this type of customer service. It's few and far between these days!!

Very good service and always kept me updated on the order progress. The actual order arrived on time and they are good quality so all in all this was excellent
