This company has probably the best customer service I've ever experienced - they respond to emails or calls personally and right away!! It's such a relief not to have to communicate with bots or be placed on hold forever. Whenever I've emailed with a question or concern, I've received a reply within a couple of hours, which is truly amazing. They've provided updates on my orders' shipping times and allowed me the option of canceling for a full refund or applying credit to another pair for any delays. Plus, they carry a huge number of frames at all price points and rare sizes, such as kids. (I'm an adult but extremely petite so I wear kids' frames and it's been a challenge to find options that fit my face and are age-appropriate). I've been thrilled with the selection!! This is my 3rd order with this company over the past couple of years and I will definitely be placing more. The frames I just received are absolutely adorable, I love them.

After reviewing a few on-line stores I went with cool frames as they had the frames I was looking for, and made the process easy. Believe me, I was hesitant to purchase glasses on line as I have very sensitive eyes. I purchased three pair of glasses and they’re all perfect! The prices were among the best out there.
