Beautiful frames, right size, lenses are ok but all in very happy -

I had a great experience. Ordering was easy and shipping status was accurate.

My order was the same as what i ordered. Although it's quality doesn't look like its a brand name product. The arms of the frame are crooked and can clearly say its a defect product. It arrived on time and was nicely packaged. The case wasn't new looking. It had scratch marks on it. I was in a hurry of getting lenses installed so I didn't file a.complaint.

I had purchased a pair of glasses and had to return them due size and quality was poor [no reflection on coolframes]. But it cost me almost $11.00 to return and excange for a diffrent pair. I love tje glasses i got just not the reshiping/stocking fee of $11.00.

i ordered frames only, the frames are ok but i could not give 5 stars because of how long it took for the frames to reach me..shipped for warehouse in FL. to NY. than in MI.. i like the frames but if there not in stock it can take a few wk's to receive them.

I received my item on time as promised, and I like the quality of the product

Only complaint..frames took longer to arrive than stated on the website. Otherwise fine.
