Made lenses incorrect and customer service was not helpful

Right frame mount was loose

The frames felt very cheap.

One of the screws on the earpiece was stuck. It took a lot of work and aggravation to loosen it.

Attempted to order 3 different frames for my daughter and each pair ended up backordered or out of stock. All employees I contacted were polite about the issue, but it took several days to get any update and ultimately ended up with 0 glasses after weeks of effort. Why sell frames online if you don't even have any available to sell? Will not try to use this company again.

Place is ok. Great frames. Customer service is lacking big time. If u want to retain customers. Start rethinking return and exchange policy. Could help with that.

Took way too long to deliver. This is based on the fact that the website advertised one date, but I didn’t actually receive my glasses for more than two weeks past that date. I selected this particular vendor because of they advertised a quick turnaround. There’s should be a law against this particular type of false advertising that includes monetary penalties that go to the customer.
