I still haven’t received my glasses after a month even though they they were delivered apparently , they must have been stolen by porch pirate

You should disclose the non refunable lense issue with product description. My special needs daughter is tiny, and the smallest frames don't fit her. I had assumed I could return all if they didn't fit her. I paid $179 total, the frames were $90 and lenses $89. To return frames, charged a 20% restocking fee. What use is any of that to me and my disabled child? Your company knows what's wrong with this. I don't need to tell you. I hope you fix this for the future. I know I am spreading this to all my support groups, special needs families so they don't make the same mistakes.

Just had new lenses made for my sunglasses.They were so bad, they are unusable. Cost me over $200. Will contact them tomorrow but have little hope in them doing a good job.

Order placed on 12/08/22 from the Brooklyn store. It's 12/18/22 still haven't received the glasses to my Brooklyn address. I'm not a happy customer. I will never order from them again

The frames that I had ordered online 3 times in the past 7 years now don't fit with my lenses. Are they a legitimate brand name frame seller? No help from Coolframes, return with 15% restock fee and pay own shipping.
