I was very pleased with the customer service I received when I placed my order. At first my selection was deemed discontinued but cool frames found a replacement pair that I was very happy with. They made sure that I didn't go away empty handed. Also my glasses were lost during the USPS shipment and I was very frustrated at the poor quality of the USPS customer hotline. I placed a call to cool frames hotline and was treated extremely well and was assured my frames would be arriving soon. They arrived the very next day!
