Nice frames n ships fast...

I was skeptical about buying sunglasses from this site as the price was well below anything else I could find for a pair of beautiful Tom Ford sunglasses. But I definitely didn't need to worry - I had my glasses within 5 days of ordering and they are absolutely 100% as described and authentic. Definitely recommend!

the customer service & time from purchase to delivery was exceptional

Cheap and quick.

Easy to order! They handled the insurance side of things!

Always super happy with my purchase! This is the only place I buy glasses now! Very happy with cool frames..now if the usps could get their crap together that would be even better!

It was the first time I ordered frames I was very pleased, great customer service and fast shipping thank you

Great to find my frame (Altair, 230 color 004,in gunmetal). I believe this is now a discontinued frame from Altair. I think they are making a mistake in doing so. It is heavier duty in that it has two straps across the bridge instead of the cheaper single strap. I only wish that you could get me a spare set of temples for it. Love this frame and that is why I bought it from you instead of my regular eye doctor. Would definitely buy from Cool Frames again!!!!!!!!
