I have shopped at CoolFrames for over three years now. They carry a large selection of frames, and the prices are the the least expensive. Their customer service is exemplary and they take every effort to resolve any issue. The only thing I would like is that if I select a frame, it will be useful to know from their website if that frame is in stock, on needs to be ordered from the manufacturer. I understand that it may not always be possible to provide that kind of information accurately, but something like a 'back order' indicator will help. Otherwise, I am very satisfied with their selections, and hope to continue to do business with them.
