Hey you guys never sent me a proper shipping number so I didn’t know if my order arrived

They sent me a counterfeit item and didn't give me a full refund. Altogether it cost me $35 to get nothing.

Average experience with customer service however when I received the frames the work was shoddy at best.I have several cracks in the lenses. I dont have time to send them back. I need my glasses.

Then one week the frames literally fell apart as I was cleaning him worst customer experience ever

Never received the package. Submitted a claim with the courier. Told the merchant. And they were rude then just started ignoring my emails and calls
