the template on my glasses was wider than my last pair, it will work for now the person that helped me could have explained better.

I like the frames a lot, but I paid extra for blue light filter on the lenses and it doesn’t seem like they have that. Save the $5 and don’t get blue light because it won’t make a difference. Beyond that, the frames and the lenses were super affordable, I’m glad I could find these because I had them in the past and they’re very flattering.

I was able to transfer the lens from my old frames to the new without too much trouble after a YouTube visit. They fit fine but a nose pad broke and I had to order a new one.

They have no quality control. They sent me frames that are defective in manufacture and will not honor an exchange or return without me paying a fee and return shipping. They say their in-house optometrist says the frames can be adjusted, but any idiot can see that it’s not possible. My own optometrist says it’s not possible. Even with pictures they will insist they are correct and you don’t know what you’re talking about. As a machinist, I know what metal can and cannot be bent. Customer service is a joke and fees for their own lack of quality control is ridiculous. Edit: They did finally accept the exchange without charge, but I did have to pay return shipping.

Great place for glasses! Sadly delivery may take longer than other places, but outside of that, the quality of lenses + frame options are amazing. I've been using them for years.

Great job price and shipping

The screws were in tight, they had paint/glue on them, had to take them to the optometrist to get them loosen.

Liked the price and quick shipping. Why pay so much more at an Optometrist?
