Excellent service. They’re always on top with everything. I’ve already purchased 3 prescription glasses and will continue to purchase from them. I’m always getting compliments from friends about my glasses. So, I referred them to check out cool frames.

Got exactly what I wanted, frames came timely and I had lenses put in by Costco which was more reasonable. Cool frames provided excellent service, product and communications. Customer service representative went above and beyond assisting me.
