Very poor experience. Placed order and one month later order still had not arrived despite following up with Customer Services on a number of occasions only to be told on each occasion the the order "as of today". Can get no satisfaction at all unfortunately.

NOT COOL, Cool frames! Wrong prescription? Didn’t even respond to any contact. Would love to give your customer service a constructive critique but as yet haven’t had any customer service.

I bought a pair in March, 2023. They arrived in about a month. I started wearing them, but couldn’t seem to get them clean. My husband noticed numbers on the lenses, sort of tiny transparent numbers. These were in my line of sight. I called to complain, they asked me to mark my pupils and cover the mark with clear tape. I bought the return label and sent them back with a note. I just got them back today (June 10th). They still have something in the lens, I think they tried to buff out the numbers, and I still see blurry spots. I’m annoyed and upset. Waste of money and time.

Cool frame sent me the wrong size frame delaying having my eyeglasses fitted by my optical store. I returned the frame for replacement after cool frame sent me a prepaid return label last week. USPS told me it will take about 2 days in transit. Have not heard from cool frame. Will wait another day or so before calling to inquire about replacement. Not happy with wrong shipment. I need my eyeglasses asap.

Wrong prescription! Completely missed one eye. Had it analyzed at optometrist's office. Just awful. Asked to have them remake. CoolFrames just ignores my contact. DO NOT buy from them.

The arms are very loose. They weren't even in the box and closed when they were shipped. The transition lenses are garbage. Barely a difference between that and a regular pair of glasses.

I am still waiting for a reply to my return request (see below). I am ready return the frames but I am awaiting your reply with the information I need to place inside the package. Sent 5/20/23: Subject: Refund Request: Order #1370866 "Re the above order, I am returning these frames as they are not a good fit (very nice frames but didn’t work for me). When you receive them please refund to my original form of payment (Visa credit card). Many thanks."
