The only issue was the lack of order tracking capabilities. Tracking link only showed the Order status and not the actual tracking status.

Great place to buy glasses. Good price, shipped fast and I would totally recommend. I plan on buying a few more pairs of glasses from them. 4.8/5 stars. The only small issue I had was that when I got prescription lenses through them. I wish they would have removed the hair thin plastic burrs from when they were cut. But nothing major aside from that. They have themselves a returning customer and I've already recommended a few other people to their site.

GREAT GLASSES

Everything was good about ordering. I uploaded a prescription. I didn't know it would cost more that ok still a good price. They came in about 2 weeks . I ask for the Polish I don't think that was done. That's why I took off one star.

I love my frames but it took almost 2 weeks for them to arrive. Otherwise, ordering was easy and customer service was great.

I found frames at a retail store that I liked but they were expensive. So, I searched for the same model frames online and came across the same pair for way less at cool frames. I read the reviews and decided to order. They took about 2 weeks to arrive. Overall, I am happy with them. I forgot they would be so front heavy once the lenses were in. I took them to a store to be adjusted to fit better but they still slide down my nose a little. I would say good value for the price.
