I am having difficult time getting support from customer service.

Many problems with the device... Maintenance after maintenance, replacement of sealing rings, etc. Lots to do. Support responds after long weeks.... Price to quality 1/5.

The question was never answered, the issue never resolved, and I haven't been able to use the device for months.

There were technical issues with the items I received from your company. I call 4 times over a 3 week period of time leaving messages each time. I never received a return call back. I sent multiple emails as well over 3 weeks including photos & what my concerns were. The response I received back was your company was sorry for the delay but their very busy. They asked me to explain what my issues were which ment no one ever read my previous emails. Very frustrating. After a month I sill waiting for a response. Another

It feels nothing like actual live fire, not even close and the laser jumps all over the place.

I have not received my order yet. It is stuck in the USPS system. They are not able to help me. When I emailed Coolfire support for assistance they said it is in the USPS system and gave me the tracking number I already have. And said thanks for your patience.... Not helpful.

Support is terrible. I have sent several emails to their support email address and never received even one reply.

I received a barrel for my sig 320 xcarry as a gift. However it did fit case it was only mad me for the carry/compact option. Customer service finally reached out replying to an email I send a few days earlier. Prior to that I had made several calls and left VM. At the moment they have said that it’s the wrong fitment and they would contact me with options to exchange or return the product but I haven’t gotten anything. So far my experience has been terrible. I wish it wasn’t so cause I think they prob have a cool product.
