It doesn't work at all.

Product arrived broken and wouldn’t fill with the co2. Super disappointing, I mailed the item back and it’s been almost two weeks and still no update on what’s going on with the product I paid over $400 for. Totally unacceptable.

Sent me a product that steadily failed over the course of just a few weeks with less than 500 cycles on the product. The Quick Fill/LED would never seat correctly on the barrel using the limited number of shims included and consequently continually backed off the thread. When the product began to hiss at the end of the co2 charge, I at first assumed this was the cause. After not many more uses, it became apparent that it was the barrel itself that had begun to leak from somewhere near the back end block... to the point where the red cylinder would grow an ice patch on the top. That's it... outta my gun. Their TS was very nice, but didn't have any immediate response to my request for new equipment to replace the failed one that I received. Their answer was send it back to us and we'll fix it and send it back... not impressed. My request was for replacement product. No answer to that repeated request, just send it back in and we'll put a blue ribbon committee together to review it. With their plan, due to the degenerative fail, and the fact that shipping to and from them is about a week, by the time someone actually notices and gets me my product back, I'll be 2 months into the (one year) warranty, with a full cost factory second. This is supposed to be a custom machined product built to tolerances allowing it to be used in firearms, not a toaster. Why would you ask your customer to deal with your failures? Throw away your factory seconds and replace with new if it's a failure from your own machining process. Interesting training tool. But after the reality of the product performance, support, warranty terms... and spending hundreds of dollars above and beyond the device itself to support the co2 requirement that it immediately created, and a final result of paying new and getting a product I'm not sure I want in my firearm, would I recommend it to anyone else? Probably wouldn't want to be associated with the decision one way or the other. So no. Buy 3 cases of ammo.

Spend your money on ammo instead. Customer service is non-existent. Device has had problems since I got it. Between calls and emails I must’ve reached out to them 20+ times. After I got it working they finally emailed me back. Now it’s not working again. I’ve had to attempt repairs several times and it would work for a bit then back to not working. No product is worth this much hassle just for it to work the way it’s advertised.

Fedex company returns back to your company complete shipment because I don't have any order with price list. I have order without detail price list only and it is not enought for Fedex. Please, send me back money to credit card, thanks. It is not so easy to buy your products with Fedex participation. Shipment: 274402976261 Best Regards Jan Cernicka

I haven’t been able to use it. I think the barrel is too long. My gun is a MP Shield 9mm. I think I was sent the barrel for a MP Shield Plus. I need to talk to shipping or ordering department. I think I need to send it back.

Had the coolfirebarrel for my glock 45, I used it 3 times in 3 weeks n it fail on me. Had a hard time contacting the team cause they never answered the phone, recieved a label without instructions , Had to wait extra time to get instructions. .. I did send the barrel n it's been 1 week n they have not contacted me.. Really bad customer service. The worst thing is they are 4 hours away from. E

Asked CoolFire the correct part number to finish out the extend co2 tank on the end of the barrel, still waiting over a month and 3rd reply asking for the correct part number, had to ask twice for an RMA after they gave me the wrong part number now I have to send it back.
