This was over and beyond in giving a creepy good time hearing about Chicago’s ghost stories! Our guide Matthew really made the events come alive and helped us understand how people can come to have unfinished business. I would love to do it again❣️

What a pack of slimy mongrels. Charged Australian tour in US dollars, then would not give refund when cancelled due to lack of numbers for that tour. Totally unapologetic, most difficult to deal with when trying to rebook a different tour. Give Cool Destinations a VERY wide berth.

Prejudice Organization Denys Service to Individual Travelers. Online registration, when adjusting the number of clients from 1 traveler to 3 travelers the platform denies reservation to single travelers. Yet, for the same 'cool destination' the platform accepts reservations for groups of 2 or 3 travelers. Denial of travel experiences to single travelers is prejudice. They just want the higher payout.

Fantastic, the tour providers went above and beyond. We were on the opposite side of the island where the tour started, and they came all the way across the island to pick us up. It was fabulous and well worth the money. So glad I booked with this instead of on the ship. I saved so much.

Zero stars My tour was cancelled on the actual day despite being confirmed the day prior - no reason given, no apology , just said good news we'll refund you at some point in tne future. The online chat wasn't accessible (no wonder). I have come a very long way to do this tour, and the late notice left me unable to rebook with an actual reputable company. Appalled at the lack of care or service. Will never use them again and I do not recommend

An excellent experience, well organised and safe. Waterproofs provided were essential and effective. Thoroughly enjoyable and worth the price
