Our tour guide Patrick was in town and well prepared, with snacks, water, Gatorade, lunch, hiking poles and a comfortable car to fit all of us and all the things we carried. He knew we’re to stop for breaks and pictures. Took lots of pictures for us. I had two daughters and he played with them all the time, telling riddles and jokes. They really liked him. He was very patient. Some people though he was family.

misleading and confusing booking interface that caused me to make a purchase I did not intend to complete. During the booking process, the website’s design and presentation made it unclear that I was finalizing a non-refundable purchase. Upon realizing the error, I promptly contacted the merchant to request a cancellation, refund, or account credit. Despite my immediate efforts to resolve the matter, the merchant refused to provide any accommodation, including a refund or future-use credit. Had the booking process been presented in a clear and transparent manner, This agency is predatory, and would have no issue insulting you as evident with their communications with my credit card company.

Your guide was very knowledgeable and beside that he was personable and friendly. We were able to get in spots not easily accessible, and he customize our experience to our wishes.

Made a great suggestion for what we wanted to do. Booking process was easy. The tour and guide was amazing. Would do again over and over!!
