After trying for about 3 weeks to get answers to some of the tours I wanted to book I finally got tired of trying. They are unresponsive with emails (I sent 4) and with their web contact page. I was finally able to connect with them on Instagram but they were out "exploring" so they didn't respond or claimed to have not received any of my messages. If this is how they respond before you give them money how can you expect any kind of service after they have your money
