I am the concessions manager for a DIV 1 hockey University and we order buckets for popcorn through Container and Packaging. I ALWAYS have great service and attention from Jason and his team.

My customer service rep Nathan Whitaker is super helpful and efficient. They cut my drop down tubes super fast and I am happy that does not hold up my orders.

Thanks again, Christy!
Terrible products and customer support. Containers came in bad condition and incredibly scratched up; I cannot use them to sell my products to customers. I called to get a return/refund and it's a small test order ($100) and they would not accommodate. I sent them videos of the products I received and was willing to send back the products for assessment. I don’t know where this would be deemed ok to send damaged goods to your customer.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry this experience did not meet your expectations. We understand your frustration and we always strive to find a resolution that will work for everyone. We appreciate the video you sent of the jars and lids. Unfortunately, the video didn’t show significant scratching on jars or lids as described. Some light scratching is normal because of the nature of PET plastic. We are unable to accept a return for them because they were ordered in less than full case quantity. In most cases, once product is placed in the container, the scratches become invisible and can even be covered with labels or other decoration. We hope you are able to still use the jars and lids, but if you would like to sample other products, please give us a call at 866-967-2794.
Great to do business with as always! Thank you.
