They failed my home health licensure in the State of Hawaii, I had to step in the make the corrections for what they had failed to do accurately. They have zero clue of whats going on.... The state representative actually preferred to speak with me directly, as every time they called their office they seemed lost and unaware of policies and regulations. He had asked me to please let the licensing people know whats going on, as if I was their supervisor. Goes to show the type of management they have in place, and the lack of professionalism, and information.
