If I could give this company a zero I would. These people are absolutely insane. Imagine having to pay to take a dump, take a bath, wash dishes and clothes. They don't even read the meter accurately, it's just vibes. If you live in a property that uses these people, file complaints.

Sent in payment via mail to PO Box in CA. Two weeks later not applied to my account. Called and asked what the problem was. "We haven't received your payment." WHAT? Two weeks later? You mean the PO Box/third part Company in CA has not transferred over the $$$ to Conservice? Don't tell me you haven't received payment and that I have a 2 day grace period. No response. Just a hang up. Horrible company to work with. And of course it is due today 8/5. Still no response. Like many others in this forum, no choice but to use this Company.

Horrible, horrible horrible horrible utility billing company. I have live in my apartment complex for five years. The first three years was no problem with none of my bills. These last two years everytime rent renewal my gas bill goes super high. My gas bill has went to almost $100 and that’s not including the trash , sewer , and other utility bills so with the increasing my rent went up. Conservices divide utilities amongst the tenants. The gas bill has went down from the last time I complained about it now my sewer bill that has been $16 for as long as I’ve been here has gone from $16 to 39.99. I called customer service to inquire about the changes. The agent told me that the sewer bill will go up when new tenants move in as I explain to him Saddle Brook Apt. has not built any new apartments in this community so our sewer bill should still be the same I have seen tenants move out. I haven’t seen tenants move in not in my apartment complex so how is it that the sewer bill went from $16 which was flat rate for the five years, I’ve been here to 39.99 as I’m stating Conservice is inflating our bills and I believe they are only directing inflation to certain tenants. The next-door neighbor bill has not went up, but my gas went up from what it was to almost $100 that’s something I cannot understand. The agent told me that when people use more gas everybody gas go up. I’ve explained to him that my neighbor gas hasn’t went up. He explained to me it was by square footage and I also told him square footage doesn’t matter if everybody’s bill went up then the neighbor bill should’ve went up as well. They are picking certain tenants and inflating our bills I don’t understand why the managers at Saddle Brook Apt. would do business with this utility company that is fighting class action lawsuit against them for fraud against tenants.

Conservice operates what can only be described as a 'black box' billing system designed to overcharge residents while shielding landlords from accountability. I am a resident in a high-rise apartment in Virginia. Over a four-month period, the master electricity bill for our building DECREASED by 44%. Inexplicably, during that exact same period, Conservice INCREASED my individual allocated electricity bill by 117% (reaching over $300 a month for an apartment with gas heat and no washer/dryer). It is mathematically impossible for my individual share to double while the building's usage drops by nearly half. When you ask Conservice for the mathematical calculation worksheets to prove how they generated the bill, they refuse. They charge you a monthly 'service fee' to calculate your bill, but they flatly refuse to show you the calculation. They employ a classic 'deflection loop' where they tell you to ask the landlord, and the landlord tells you to ask Conservice. If you are touring an apartment and they tell you they use Conservice (RUBS) for utility billing, walk away immediately. You will be hit with astronomical, un-auditable bills that you have no power to dispute.

Deceptive business. 2 separate charges for trash and so called joke “valet trash “ where trash sits without pick up or someone is creeping around your porch at midnight or 1 am or later. Then they just take it to same dumpster you can take trash! Total scam ripoff company. Where’s the class action lawsuit for this CON COMPANY????

Complete joke of a service. Forgot to bill us for water for 5 months then added all in one month. Then the next month the bill tripled that and they claim they never received meter readings for the 8 months prior and they were estimating usage and had to catch it all up in one month because they estimated so poorly. RUN RUN RUN FAR away from any apartments that use Conservice for utilities. It will be an absolute deal break for any lease I am about to sign. $400 for sewer for one month. BS. This service is used by CollegeVue in Pensacola, FL.

If I could give no stars I would. Horrible company even more horrible experience, my internet through AT&T was working perfectly fine until they came and took over and now I haven't had internet for 2 days and they have no clue why or how to fix and keep saying they're escalating and working on it meanwhile I'm paying for a service I don't have and 100% need

Doesn't let me pay bills via on-time service. Charges one-time account set-up. Doesn't remember my password. When I click reset password the link expires on attempt to reset. Absolutely horrific service all around that wastes lots of valuable time.
