It been 24 days since I got my new 3000 refrigerator iit was not make ice and the water came out warm 4 service call later still the same NO manger in Texas will call you back just service department they don't care about the coustmer happiness that not the way I do businesses Im done they can exchange or I sat it outside they call me now

Literally true trash! They have horrible customer service and rip people off. Never will I do business with this place again. Buyer beware and run far away from this place. Use Amazon or something else if you ned furniture and electronics. Terrible business

Do not shop at Conn's... especially the one on 3567 Main St Houston Texas where James Mcfadden is manager. My girlfriend and I went in to get a bed and mattress and was greeted by sales associate Kay Williams. We selected a mattress and was asked if we'd like a dresser set to match the bed and mattress. We said sure. Long story short when all was done, Conn's delivered to our apt, two dressers and a bed frame. They said "oh it doesn't include a mattress"... which was the sole purpose we went there. They want us to sign another separate contract for a mattress. Basically they made us believe the mattress came with the bed but it doesn't. We're already in contract to pay a total of $2700 at $170 per month, and have no mattress to sleep on. I guess they really think we're supposed to go in and sign to pay more money. They're greedy and immoral. They won't exchange the dressers for a bed mattress. They won't call us back. They are Conn artists and crooks. I REPEAT! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM CONN'S!!

Be warned. Conns name is exactly what they are...A con. July 2 purchased over 4k worth of appliances for my new house being built. Paid in cash. Week late stuff is delivered 4 hours late but all is ok except fridge its damaged. We refuse that and wait week for another one which never shows up. Long story short We made 11 trips to the Florence SC store over next few weeks to deal with the joke of a Manager Robert. He lied on 3 different occasions. He never returned any call and on several trips they told us he wasn't even in the store when we jsut saw him walk in the door. We filed complaints with Customer service and that led to no follow up as well.. I dealt with Robert the store manager as well as 2 other managers and it was nothing but lies. Finally middle of AUgust we get another fridge delivered and guess what...its the same damaged one that was delivered the first trip. We at that point are over month and half from purchase date and still no fridge. WE call customer service file another complaint and then that very day go back to Florence Sc Conns to get a refund since we never received the fridge we paid cash for. The manager "Q' does the refund because RObert saw us coming in door and went and hid in back of store. He put in for a refund and said it would take 7 to 10 days for Home office to send us a refund check since it was a cash sale. Well you guessed it. its now been 2 weeks (aug 24) since refund and still haven't gotten our money back. I called customer service and talked to Manager there who also said she would call me back and tell me what was going on and she never did. She also stated it would take 30 to 45 days to refund my money. This company doesnt know its right had from it left. Dont expect any follow up and they will lie to your face to get you off the phone. SO now I gotta wait another month and half to get my refund after I have already waited month and half and never even got the fridge. I have called customer service 6 times and nothing is ever done. Filed the compalints and nothing is ever done. No return calls, no Im sorry or anything. THis place is a joke from Corporate level to the local store level. Ive got names, dates everything of what I was told and by whom I talked too so I guess Ill have to contact a lawyer to get my $2000 back. SO be warned. believe all the bad reviews you see on this company. This was a cash sale and was the worst experience of my life. I can only imagine how they do people purchasing with credit. This started July 2, 2019 and its now Aug 23, 2019 and I have no fridge and havent gotten my refund back and it was a cash sale. SO this alone tells you how crooked this place is.

*Please read before buying aanything from Conns.* Very Disappointed The people I have spoken to on the phone were very helpful, well at least trying to help me. But, when I finally was able to speak with a corporate supervisor, which I had to keep calling to find out what was going on, all he kept telling me is what I did wrong. I only owe $250 on my cash option account. And because I thought it was paid off in full I had not contacted Conns. Come to find out it was not paid in full and now I get stuck with over $1600 dollars. I am not very happy and extremely disappointed in Conns as a customer providing company. Thank you for opening my eyes to never even thinking about using Conns again. And not that they care but I have been a loyal Conns customer for over 9 years now. In a world full of people trying to make life work and do the right thing, I strongly feel this company is not. I was called constantly with my other contract on the day my payment was due. I was not even giving a courtesy call to let me know, hey we see for almost 18 months you pay on time and over your payment, you have a final payment of $250 due. Warning if you setup the pay online, which they advertise on their monthly call in, they, who the rude corporate supervisor, who also keep talking over me to inform me, the website will not allow you to set up automatic payments for over your monthly payment. Although on the website when you set it up it states your monthly payment is your minimum payment. I tried to explain to Mike the man I was speaking with, I have screenshots of a payment setup for an over payment of $295 to come out on set date and it did not take that amount. Again, he was nice enough to keep telling me everything is my fault. Yes it is my fault for trusting Conns website to do what it said it would do. If I had know that the website could not be trusted I would have never set it up, if I had know that I only owed $250 I would have paid it. Thank you truly from the bottom of my heart to all the people who did hear me out and try to help me, I know your job is not always easy and I appreciate you. Thank you Conns corporate office for showing me that there is no hope or kindness in a company who is really only out to make their money not help their loyal customers.

My fridge went out a week ago, on Wednesday 8/6/19. They didn't have anyone to come in that day, (the service request was put in the morning). Someone comes in Thursday. Hes in my home less than 10 minutes and tells me he needs to order parts, long story short. They won't be in until the following week on Wednesday! I have a toddler that needs actual food, not just junk, I had just purchased groceries that weekend so now all the food is junk because the little fridge I HAD TO PURCHASE OUT OF POCKET myself only has room for his milk and some bowls of food. Yesterday 8/14/19 the tech comes in and works on the fridge for MORE THAN THREE HOURS!!!!! after he's done he tells me if it's still not working, call back. Well, ITS NOT, so I do. Just to be told we apologize for the inconvenience. Yeah, what good is that doing me? The earliest day they have available is MONDAY. Are you kidding me?!?! I tell her that's nearly 2 wks without a fridge, WITH A TODDLER that needs nutrition not just junk.. Im spending more money on food since I can't cook enough for a few days leftovers. "We apologize for the inconvenience". That's all they do, is apologize. I asked when I can just get a new fridge since the tech took more than 3 hours, I'm thinking it's obviously something that they can't fix . All she told me is it's something the tech will have to assess. I haven't used that fridge for a week! Because of THEM. Now the earliest date being Monday means I'll possibly be out of a fridge a while after. Since they're all incapable of thinking ahead. This is a 2 way street. If I don't have a fridge for 2 weeks will those 2 weeks be taken off of my bill? I've lost so much money already. Obviously they don't care. And obviously this is an ongoing thing. Update: fridge was fixed on Thursday, because Monday when he came to look/fix it, he had to order more parts... I'm just thankful the tech was able to fix it. Total time of 2 wks and 1 day without a working fridge.

Conn's, where do I start.... This has been the worst experience by far. I purchased a Samsung refrigerator (NEW) on July 4th it was delivered. Six days after I received it, the refrigerator went out. I contacted the store manager who then told to call customer service to have a technician come out and try to fix it. I had the manager call as I had already been inconvenienced and lost over $300 worth of food (Which has not been replaced). The technician came 2 whole days later, which is what they call priority... I have 3 babies to feed and 3 days without a fridge is unacceptable. The technician told me this is a common issue and he would have to order parts to fix it. It has been another week without a refrigerator. I have called customer service, they are no help and show the least amount of concern. I have even tried to return the item that they sent to me defective but I have to pay a 15% stocking fee which will not be waived even if it is their fault. And to top it off, I am not able to return it until the repair has been made and the technician closes out the order. Which is prolonging the time I have to keep it and possibly cutting into my 30 days to return it. The manager at the store has tried to reach upper management to try to get the issue resolved but everyone has declined to resolve the issue in a professional manner. This has been extremely overwhelming and unnecessary. I have even been told, it's not Conn's its Samsung. So they do not stand behind the products they sell. The resolution team is horrible and doesn't resolve anything. The name literally speaks for itself Conn's. All I want to do now is return the defective product they sold me and it is well within the 30 days. But they literally are trying to force me to keep it! If you are looking to do business with them my best advice is DON'T! You will definitely save yourself a headache! The company needs to shutdown and start all the way over with a team trained to provide excellent customer service!!!

Best company, salespersons, managers in the world......Until they get your money!!! There is too much to even go into. It would start my blood to boil. Again. All I can say is: If Conns (Pun intended), was the last appliance store left in the world and it was located in a tree, and the earth was flooded with urine, I would drown before going to Conns ever again. Spread The Word!!!
