Being Out In The Northern Boundary Water, This Is Great. Still Unable To Call Up My Usage Every Month . . Or This Would A 5 Star Review. - JW

We have been with connecten for about 2 years, great service at a reasonable price. We move around alot, connecten always responds to my request for a better signal in a very timely fashion.

This is great for a truck driver, the internet while moving is not all that reliable, but when your not moving I can game on stwor and star trek on line with no issues.

I would give 5 stars; however, randomly, the TV backs out of what I'm streaming and goes to the home page. This never happened before I started using connecten. It can be frustrating to have your program interrupted.

It works OK. You have to reset it once a day or it really lags

I have had no trouble with the service or tech support for the past year or so I have had. I made much use of it he chat and found it convenient when needing to contact tech support.

Tyler was excellent, the service is great and very easy to use and setup. I have no issues and being on the road and working, it is very important to have reliable internet

The antennas on the router break so easily, seems very cheaply made. Really need a new router but don’t want to have to spend the money. Service has been great and customer service has been good.
