Anil’s class’s was wonderful! If you want an interactive class full of great ideas and real-life examples. This is for you!

They spent way too much time talking about little things that are not related to the big picture. I can't imagine how long the training would have been if not for the prework. The TBR book should have been included in registration price. Breaks longer than 9 minutes would be nice.

I thought I was good at training and interactive lectures. But Anil and Kriti’s Training to the Back of the room - Virtual Edition class took it to the next level. While the concepts in the book seemed easy to understand, practicing them in each of the class sessions was a learning experience. Took away a toolbox full of tips on helping others experiencing the same in my subsequent trainings

It was a very good learning with Anil as my trainer. The training was completely interactive with more examples and group activities.

Thought provoking and engaging content - really good mix of discussion and group work. Anil is a dynamic and friendly instructor. Great class!

I love how the class was differentiated in instruction. The tools needed for the class were excellent. I enjoyed the groups and how we interacted with each other. Overall, I would recommend this course and professor to anyone who is interested. There were many teachers who were teaching this course. I lucked out. Thanks for everything.

Anil is a great teacher, his teaching style and material has prepared me to be successful in my job. I hight recommend anyone to get trained by Anil to have a very hands on, non-boring style of teaching.

I really enjoyed how interactive and interesting this course was! It made learning the concepts very easily and fun. Anil is very engaging and does a great job teaching this course.
