Dishonest Company - Steer clear
I reached out to John in Customer Support about trouble I had using the brace. I have Neuro muscular issues and it’s difficult to just get the brace on. I inquired about returning the device. They brag about a 90 day full refund policy. But when I inquired about returning, John offered me a 10% refund and I could keep it. I asked for 35% to keep, and John came back with an offer of 30% refund. This was on 9/1/25. Told to allow 5-7 days to see the refund. After not seeing any refund, I emailed about the status. Was told they were sorry for the delay and a priority would be put on getting my refund completed. Fast forward to 9/24/25, and no refund yet. The last 3 email inquiries have gone unanswered. These people cannot be trusted. Product ships from China and took 2 weeks to get. The design is poor with a lot of Velcro so the straps get stuck together. And when you are weak due to a disorder, it’s almost impossible to get the device on. Take my advice and don’t buy from these people.
