Although I am currently dealing with an ongoing issue involving certain employees rather than the company as a whole, I would like to recognise Andrea Colgan for her exceptional professionalism, kindness and sincerity. Andrea personally intervened to help with the matter and handled the situation in an exemplary way. Her work ethic, integrity and genuine concern were clear throughout, and I only wish every employee demonstrated the same high standards. Andrea has been amazing, and I cannot thank her enough. I sincerely hope senior management sees this review and gives her the recognition she deserves.

Worked here for a total of 12 grueling months under the Microsoft / Concentrix contract. For the first 9 months, I was left completely unsupervised, successfully managing my responsibilities independently. However, the last 3 months turned into an absolute nightmare of micromanagement. Constant, disruptive meetings, obsessive timesheet policing, and endless frustration trying to explain technical concepts to inattentive customers—only to be pushed to work harder and harder under impossible conditions. The reward for a year of dealing with this dysfunction? Getting fired. Compensation was 90,000€ per year, and the final salary payout came out to 7,700€. Management and operational processes here are severely broken. Think twice before taking a role on this account.

We have a Senior Ops manager by the name Faiz in RSA has been in Durban for about 3 years and just recently RAN back to Cape town from just going around burning bridges and causing unnecessary internal division between employees and management, ask any manager that has worked under him in Durban, if they have a backbone they will tell you Faiz ran the Durban office down to the ground and ran back to Capetown as soon as the ship started to sink. From BULLING manager to turn them against staff to helping them fraud documents to get rid of individuals that were a threat to his authority. I think it is time Faiz is also brought to the light and scrutinised like he treated and bullied everyone in Durban South Africa. I do not know about Capetown or Joburg, knowing that probably Joburg offices experienced probably the same; same reason for closure and re-opening in Durban only to rinse and repeat the same mess that led to closing down is Jozi due to lack of Humility and professionality in the treatment of staff or fellow employees. Not to mention the illegal route of personally freezing people's Salaries that Faiz would implement to drive attendance. I do not know of any South African law that allows an Employer to freeze your salary for being absent from work especial if that salary is from a previous billing cycle of days already worked but with FAiz, WEBHELP and Concentrix that is how they controlled head count and attrition by not paying people what is due to them until they see them at work. How is this even legal. With Hellopeter our own version of Trust Pilot RSA, they have Net Promoter score of MINUS 100 and a trust index of 2.5 and as of late they are on a heavy retrenchment drive with severance pay on offer and more scare tactics being deployed on current staff if they talk, assuming they are on the verge of full closure in their Durban office as like said in less then 5 years opening and bringing Faiz and crew to Durban from Cape town just to come and play with people's livelihood and bail when the smoke has turn to fire. And those that are well learned and researched, we are not fooled, as we were aware 5 years ago that Webhelp had their ruined peoples lives in Johannesburg then ran to Durban just to do the same. Hopefully Cape town has seen better as all this trouble could have never happened if Webhelp trusted legit deserving individuals from the Metropolitan tha they opened their offices in to lead and be accountable, then to bring outside people to kill a new developing relationship in a new area, town or City. Faiz and CO was the downfall of Webhelp + Concentrix SA in Durban period, do a proper audit of him and his crew and call back all old management from Durban and get the facts, than to Harass poor Africans in Durban with scare tactics and unemployment while the whole company is an EPIC FRAUDED FAIL because of few self dealing individuals you call SNR Management...

Don't work there for and don't trust them at all. When I started there I told they wanted me to take in proof if my health issue just for adjustments and also the building is dirty and the floors full of rubbish. They also make your life at work a nightmare too and no communication and managers not approachable either

Lack of communication, incompetent staff.
