I ordered 2 bottles and only received 1 bottle in the mail. Contacted customer service and they tell me that I received all of my order, and I didn't. I have emailed them explaining that I only received 1 when I ordered 2. Has been 3 days since my last email and no response.

I ordered these on 9/24/2019 It is now 10 pm 10-02-2019 and to this day I have not even received an email for a tracking, much less my order. I emailed them and they said there's a global shortage of the product but that I was right, I should have been notified. Their website doesn't show them on backorder. Horrible experience with this company. Complete false advertisement

7 days after placing my order still no tracking number and order is still being processed! How? What kind of website/company would avoid making their customer happy? I have called and I can’t even leave a message because there is no tone or beep & message keeps repeating! I have emailed no response back? I looked forward to ordering it and now very disappointed !

I placed my order well over 2 weeks ago and it still shows order in process. I have sent 4 emails with no response. I’m about to call my bank and have my payment returned.

I ordered my conceive plus lubricant and prenatal vitamins six days ago and my order is still processing. The company advertises three day shipping. When I call I get a machine saying no one can take my call. I have sent two e- mails with no reply to find out where my order is and why it is still processing.
