He had me order a bunch of stuff to improve my home network. Then when he came to install it he disappeared in the middle of the job and left us with no internet at all and would not return my calls. I had to hire some else to fix the mess.

My experience was over the top. Chris is punctual, and professional, with excellent customer service. This is my computer guy.
