Not Convinced This Is A Legit Company
Ordered an item online and no updates for several days, not even an email confirming the purchase. I finally messaged the company and they said the item I ordered was out of stock but they would check with their distributors to see if they could get it. The following day I got a notice that my order was cancelled with no explanation. I assumed it was because they couldn't get the part but it would have been nice to have the reason in the cancellation. I would advise this company to modernize their online systems and make sure their website is accurately reflecting their inventory so you don't have this issue to begin with. Also please don't bill my credit card until you can confirm you have the part and shipped it. And then if there is an issue, be more proactive in their communication of the issues. It was my 1st and probably only time to try and do business with this company.

Dear EMar, We sincerely apologize if you did not receive the product stock emails. Please rest assured that we strive to keep our customers informed at every step of the order processing journey. We maintain a reliable stock and are proud partners of several major distributors. Unfortunately, a system glitch may have caused the cancellation email to not reach you, and we regret any inconvenience this has caused. Thank you for your understanding.
