Navigation good. Customer Service is also good. I gave these a 4 even though I have to return them. The problem I have is not with the product but with my arthritic hands. The material is heavier than I am used to so I am unable to get them over my very wide and painful feet. I don't like returning goods but these were pricey and I could not afford to keep them when I was unable to use them.

The Compression Store site was easy to navigate with a variety of sock brands available. While I have purchased Truform brand socks from them in the past, six or eight pairs at a time, the last couple of times I did that the Truform came in multiple sizes and various shades of brown even though they were all labeled as the same size. I don't know who actually makes these different brands, so I decided to buy Jobst this time. Probably no fault of this store, as they just market what they get from the manufacturer. The Jobst are fine so far. I just want to be able to wear what I buy. Truform were good for twenty years for me then their build quality took a real nosedive along with their packaging control. Any way, the Compression Store offered different brands (just not much in stock) so I switched. Like I said, okay so far.

My hammer toes are aggravated by closed toe compression stockings, no matter the gauge. In the past, I purchased knee-high stockings with closed toes, but no compression. I really wish this option was available for thigh-highs. Instead, I have to wear open-toes, and those tend to roll back when putting on shoes. As for the store, I have no complaints except that their shipping seems relatively slow compared to other merchant's.

Still the prefered site for me to buy Jobst Relief 15-20 thigh high open toe stockings. I manage to keep them usable for maybe up to 200 16 hour days of use. Being on SSI, not happy that price has gone up about 20% since last purchase.

Bought compression stockings on sale and all went well. Took a little longer to receive them than I anticipated.

Original order did not ship complete. I contacted customer service. They were very willing to help. They got the remainder of my order out quickly. I appreciate it.
