Most of the papers done can be obtained for free from your local clerks website. The platiunum service is a waste of time save your 300$ and just go file your papers on your own! You have to pay additional fees on top of the 300$ for shipping. The 300$ is to mail papers on your behalf, most overcharged service by far. Customer service is subpar. Look at all of your options 1st

They are worthless, you’re better off paying a lawyer. Wasted over $1000 still married, no refund and now looking for a lawyer!
