your process is confusing. you do not provide specific enough information on the expectations for the client. the status is readily available and / or accurate. for instance, I re-submitted my forms and then saw nothing. also, when I called in for assistance, your representative was barely audible and his English language skills were poor.

Takes to long even with expedited service

Married at a young age, our lives went separate ways. We have different ideas about life,tried to fix marriage, but not working out.
