I was excited about my new job offer, but I knew I needed expert help to negotiate the best possible package. That's when I turned to The Compensation Coach. Their comprehensive market analysis and personalized coaching process were game-changers. The Compensation Coach dug deep into industry standards, company specifics, and my unique situation to provide a tailored strategy for increasing my salary, securing a valuable equity package, and addressing the bonus I'd forfeit by leaving my current company. With their guidance, I not only negotiated a $30,000 salary increase and a significant equity stake, but also secured a $20,000 sign-on bonus to offset the bonus I'd leave behind. This was a crucial aspect of my negotiation, and The Compensation Coach's expertise made it possible. Their support and encouragement made all the difference in achieving a package that truly reflects my value. If you want to maximize your compensation and set yourself up for long-term financial success, work with The Compensation Coach. Their customized approach and expert guidance are invaluable.

I was at a crossroads, trying to decide between returning to my former company or staying put. Compensation Coach provided invaluable guidance throughout the process. Their team's deep understanding of the compensation landscape allowed them to offer accurate estimates on total compensation and breakdowns by type. Thanks to their insights, I was able to make an informed decision and even leverage the experience to negotiate a retention bonus at my current company. I highly recommend Compensation Coach to anyone seeking expert advice on compensation matters.

I met with DJ at the Compensation Coach after receiving additional responsibilities without the corresponding pay in my current role at work. He walked me through reviewing job descriptions to find which one closely aligned to mine. Then, we reviewed the related compensation scale and created a presentation to share with my leadership team at work. As a result, I received a 7% increase which helped me to better align with the salary midrange. Overall, I’d highly recommend working with DJ and the Compensation Coach team to help with upcoming professional and compensation opportunities and discussions.

It’s one of those services you don’t know how good it is until you actually commit. Compensation is such a huge conversation and can impact how we perceive and even carry out our responsibilities. I appreciate everything DJ did from me prior to the consultation and during, answering my questions and informing me what I would anticipate. I think like many in this economy cost is often mistakenly measured by the tangibles, and what I appreciated about this experience is both the tangible and intangible takeaways, which I can hone and go back to, either within the company I am with or bring over the value to that next chapter in my life.

I used a few people on Upwork, but met DJ through a friend. I can’t even tell you what he’s done for me. He’s true professional - he’s working in major corporate companies for 10 years (non stop) and that y I got the results I did! I thank him over and over again
