I found Samir, with whom I worked, to be pleasant, helpful and supportive. He calmly answered my questions and provided good, reliable information and service. I highly recommend him to anyone traveling internationally.

My ticket issues with Air India were huge. Multiple booking, cancellation, ticketing error and refunds. Sameer Khan took over the two cases and resolved them. He also constantly communicated and answered my questions. Liked his professionalism and friendliness.

Yesterday I got a call from Mr Gagandeep singh. He is very decent, cooperative and sensible person. It was good experience to talk with him May God bless him.

Great team work.

I was given flight options and pricing upfront. The agents were efficient and understood my travel needs.
