It cannot return the Ferragamo Scarf I recently bought. Was told to email somewhere before 14 days so I can be sent return labels for me to print. I have not gotten any feedback back. Very disappointing.

Bought a Gucci Scarf Gray GG Design - Large Wool Silk Shawl - 27" x 77" = 70cm x 195cm / Charcoal Gray/ Gray. It's gorgeous and just to be on the safe side, I went into the Gucci store in Cherry Creek (CO) where it was immediately authenticated by the sales person who has a store specific way to check the barcode. (I was not able to check the barcode in the Gucci app.) So VERY HAPPY with my third purchase from Comomilano!!
