Was listed for months and they never forwarded me messages. They contacted me at the end to relist at a discount so I did but could never find my truck after scouring the category. Sent them a message and they never responded.

Do not waste your time and money with Commercial Truck Trader. Website is glitchy. All the "leads" were scams. Zero Customer support. Cannot change necessary items on the listing needed. Reached out multiple times to customer support to correct issues but had absolutely no response to any of my requests. I sold on Facebook Marketplace for free and had way higher quality leads.

I paid for the best listing they had available, $275, I got two fraudulent messages and two others asking if the truck was available (in six months) and I followed all their guidelines put lots of pictures and updated the description with the mileage constantly and lowered the price every month as my loan principal came down. Waste of money, I got more activity from Facebook marketplace.

Vehicle I listed for sale was buried behind pages (8) of a local dealer ads. (most of which were identical listings). Also, the amount of pop ups and ads ran on this platform is excessive. Just not good. Go elsewhere.

The website is crappy and loading like Im working on a design of a space shuttle. So many options to filter the trucks but they are useless. ADS on the website make it even more fun. Prices for posting ? Unreasonable. For something that should be pretty straightforward- its not.

We had one contact that asked and then crickets. Within a day, Facebook Marketplace had 7 REAL people asking about my truck and it was sold within one day for almost asking price.

Nothing but scammers trying to get you to purchase a report on some dumb website. Definitely not worth the money to have a listing on here! I want my money back!
