Very good customer service. I ordered the size according to the company guidelines and it didn’t fit. Emailed the company and the problem was rectified immediately.

I have ordered these bras 3 times. I have given my girlfriends these bras as gifts and they love them.

Purchase was easy through a clear website. Delivery was fast. Bras are beautiful, fabric is soft and the fit for the back is amazing. Even though the size chart was advising a large would fit the size isn’t perfect for me, the cups are too small…but I wrote an email this morning and I am waiting to get the size exchange procedure.

The great part of my experience is that I was offered (and received)a free bra to replace the one whose cup size was too small for my breasts. Unfortunately the lacy band of the new cup size of the replacement bra, while I now had a big enough cup size, was not firm enough to support my breasts and they would start slipping out the bottom of the bra.
